Working Out Your Social Media Boundaries

An honest, non-judgemental session for queer creatives figuring out how to show up online without burning out.

Social media can help us share our work, find community, and build visibility. But it can also be overwhelming, extractive, and difficult to navigate. That’s especially true if you’re LGBTQ+, marginalised, or trying to protect your energy while staying visible.

This session is part workshop, part conversation. Together, we’ll explore:

  • What feels good (and what doesn’t) about your current online presence

  • How to set boundaries that support your creativity and wellbeing

  • Tips for managing visibility, vulnerability, and capacity

  • What success means to you, not just the algorithm

You’ll leave with reflection prompts, gentle structure, and a bit more clarity.
