Queer talent: not just for Pride Month
Pansy Studios is the home of the world’s largest directory of LGBTQ+ freelancers, connecting organisations with trusted queer talent across creative, strategic, and cultural disciplines.
We help you brief, commission, and collaborate with queer talent in ways that are commercially sound, values-led, and genuinely effective.
That means the right people on the right projects, clear scopes, fair pay, and work that resonates with real audiences.
Whether you’re commissioning creative work, building a campaign, or shaping a brand that wants to reflect the world as it actually is, we’ll help you do it with intention — and without tokenism.
Our global directory gives you access to top LGBTQ+ talent from across the world. By hiring intentionally, you’re not just improving your work - you’re helping uplift queer voices and redistribute opportunity.
Some of the most important innovations in history came from LGBTQ+ people - everything from peanut butter to rock ’n’ roll (yes, we are serious). Culture as we know it would not exist without LGBTQ+ people and yet we are seeing rollbacks on inclusion across the globe.
Get in touch, and we’ll help match you with the perfect freelancer for your project.
Helping you hire with confidence
Using the world’s largest directory of LGBTQ+ freelancers, we identify the right people for the work. This isn’t about surface-level representation - it’s about experience, skill, and cultural insight. Where needed, we support scoping, briefing, and fair commissioning to ensure everyone is set up to do their best work.
Step 1
We start by understanding what you actually need. That might be creative talent, strategic support, training, or a combination of all three. We take the time to clarify your goals, audience, budget, and context.
Step 2
Beyond delivery, we help organisations learn and improve. Through training, workshops, and strategic consultancy, we support teams to embed inclusive thinking into future work — reducing reliance on one-off moments and building long-term capability.
Step 3
We support the collaboration as it happens. This might include project oversight, facilitation, consultancy, or training to help teams work confidently and respectfully with queer talent. The focus is on clear communication, fair pay, and outcomes that make sense both culturally and commercially.
